Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Red Flag Advisor ("the Service") operated by Magdalena BÄ…k ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Who you are contracting with
The Service is provided by Magdalena BÄ…k, an individual sole trader. Contact: redalertapp@proton.me. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you act on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. What the Service does
Red Flag Advisor is an AI-assisted tool that analyses text conversations and screenshots you submit and returns pattern observations and emotional-dynamic explanations. The output is informational only. It is not therapy, legal advice, medical advice, or a substitute for a qualified professional. Decisions you take are your own responsibility.
3. Acceptable use
You must not: (a) use the Service unlawfully or to harass, dox or stalk any person; (b) submit content you do not have the right to submit, or that you obtained through unlawful interception; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or interfere with the Service; (d) probe security, deploy malware, or bypass usage limits; (e) use the Service to produce illegal content, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or deepfakes.
4. AI-specific terms
Outputs are generated by large-language-model providers and may be inaccurate, incomplete or biased. You are responsible for your inputs and for how you use outputs. You must have the rights to any conversation excerpts or screenshots you upload. We may filter, refuse or remove outputs that violate these Terms. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly submit infringing or abusive content.
5. Your account & data
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your inputs solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Notice for details.
6. Subscriptions, billing and refunds
Premium plans are sold and billed by our reseller Paddle.com Market Limited, the Merchant of Record. Pricing, billing cycles, taxes, payment methods, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@myredflag.app. Full details: /refund.
7. Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
8. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service, the underlying software, branding and documentation. You retain rights in the content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated abuse. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. On termination your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
10. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 6 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury where the law does not permit such limits.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. The courts of Poland have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence also apply.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
